Calabash Workshops

Calabash Workshop

1.5 – 2 hours per session

Students design and paint their very own African Calabash Bowl  that can be exhibited in the school.Power point Presentation on the origins of the calabash and how this humble vegetable is used in so many ways all over the world.  These unique art workshops are a great way to encourage multi-culturalism and integration as design, materials and patterns from across the globe are used.
