Wassa Wassa Workshops is an established provider of arts workshops and performances across the community and educational sectors. Intercultural values, igniting and exploring creativity, and whole-hearted fun are our ethos and we love working with groups to bring colour and excitement to festivals and events.

We have featured on TV3, RTE, TnaG, MTV, and have produced events for Irish Aid, Africa Day .  Previous clients include Concern, Trocaire, Dublin City Council, Temple Bar Cultural Trust, Self Help Africa & Electric Picnic.

Africa Day Concert-25th May 2012, Twisted Pepper, Middle Abbey Street-featuring Kora Master Sadjo Sissokho, Foliba Percussion, Ganishya Rwandan Dancers & with Congolese Cuisine. Admission €6. World Beats til late with Dj Wassa in the loft.

Sadjo Sissokho will also be performing at schools across Dublin as part of Africa Day 2012. Call/Email us to check availability for your school.

A year long placement with Open Heart House began in January 2012 and we’re really enjoying working with the team there producing intercultural events and weekly art workshops.
